To become a JAT member, please fill in the form below, and then click the Join JAT button below. Instructions will then be sent to your e-mail address on how to complete the signup process by paying your membership dues, which are ¥10,000 for a one year membership and ¥19,000 for a two-year membership.

Please note that you should use your real name, the name you are known by professionally, when signing up for JAT membership.

Also, if you have ever previously been a JAT member, your previous membership information is probably still on file. In such cases, please contact the membership officer to have your old account reactivated instead of creating a new account here.

Family Name:* e.g., "Smith" or "Suzuki"

Given Name:* e.g., "Lauren" or "Kenta"

Your Professional Name:* Your name as you are known professionally and as you want it to appear in the JAT directory (e.g., "Lauren E. Smith" or "K. Suzuki")

User Name:* The name you wish to use for logging into the JAT site, e.g., "lesmith" or "suzuki.kenta" (must be at least four characters long)

Password:* Your chosen password (five characters minimum)

Confirm Password:* Please reenter your chosen password.

Primary e-mail address:* This address will be used for messages from JAT

Preferred language:* This language will be used by the system
